KOSY and Adorno Arquitectos travelled to Ceiba, Puerto Rico to present our shortlisted proposal for the Marine, Business, Research and Innovation Center (MBRIC) in front of the jury and community representatives.

Presenting on the ground, with the coastline, wind, and scale of the site right there, brought a different kind of clarity than any video call or drawing set. It was a chance to test the proposal against real conditions, and to hear directly from the people who care about what this project could become.

Grateful to the Adorno team for the close collaboration, and to everyone who took the time to engage with the work in Ceiba.
