In collaboration with Adorno Arquitectos, KOSY designed the new Abarca Health Headquarters, a workplace built for a hybrid workforce.

Instead of rows of desks, we focused on connection. Across 11 levels, the project is organised around eight collaboration hubs where people can meet, share, and build together.

One standout is El Ayuntamiento, the Town Hall, an experimental space that rethinks how remote and on-site teams connect.
