KOSY, in collaboration with Adorno Arquitectos, has won the international tender for the new Abarca Headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The project transforms an existing 12-storey, 55,000 square foot building into a post-Covid workplace, developed to align with Abarca’s pillars and the culture already established within the organisation. We are grateful to Abarca’s CEO and the wider Abarca team for trusting our shared vision for the headquarters, and for backing a new partnership from day one.
