The Adorno Arquitectos team visited site to review construction progress on Abarca Oasis HQ in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

It is exciting to see the building opening up as demolition and clean-up wraps, with the floorplates cleared and the scale of the future workplace becoming legible. The progress also reveals the black cladding now taking shape around the core and supporting spaces, what we called the Black Box in the concept, a simple organisational anchor that holds services, support rooms, and the back-of-house functions together so the rest of the workplace can stay flexible.

Grateful to the full team on the ground for keeping momentum, and looking forward to the next phase as the fit-out takes shape.
